Our school is currently looking for our next creative and passionate teacher to fill a full-time position. THis teacher MUST be NYS Certified.Â
Job Description
Position entails a 40-hour a week commitment, Monday - Friday, and is a 12 month position. We offer a package of paid time off including vacation time, sick time, and federal holidays.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday, 12 months

Responsibilities
Essential functions of the job
- Plan, prepare and deliver daily lesson plans and instructional materials for students in a small group
- Help students if extra assistance is needed
- Use relevant technology to support instruction
- Communicate necessary information regularly to students, and parents regarding progress and needs
- Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies
- Updating daily attendance and creating daily session reports
Qualifications
- B.A/B.S degree from an accredited institution
- NY State Teaching Certification
- Minimum Education Level: NYS Teacher Certification
- Preferred Education Level: NYS Teacher Certification
